1. About Me

I provide freelance services as an independent individual freelancer (“Freelancer”).
I am under the age of 18, and therefore certain legal responsibilities and contractual obligations may be limited under applicable laws.

I operate on a small-scale, non-commercial basis.

2. Services Provided

I offer digital freelance services, which may include creating automations, AI-assisted tools or agents, writing, design, or digital content.
The specific scope of each project is defined in writing before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate instructions.

• Ensure they have legal rights to use any materials given to me.

• Test all delivered AI agents, automations, or tools before using them in any live or production environment.

• Monitor usage of the delivered work to ensure safety and accuracy.

• Not request illegal or harmful tasks.

4. AI Tool Usage

Some or all work may involve the use of AI technologies. Clients acknowledge:

• AI outputs may be imperfect or unpredictable.

• I cannot guarantee specific results, accuracy, or performance.

• The client is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, testing, and approving all final work.

I do not provide and cannot provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind.

5. Sensitive Data Policy (Risk Reduction Clause)

To reduce risk for both parties:

• I do not accept, handle, or store sensitive data, including but not limited to financial information, health data, personal customer data, passwords, or confidential business materials.

• Clients must remove or anonymize any sensitive information before sending it.

If sensitive data is provided without my knowledge, the client assumes full responsibility for any resulting issues.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties (Risk Reduction Clause)

All services are delivered on an “as-is” basis.
I do not guarantee:

• perfect accuracy

• risk-free operation

• uninterrupted performance

• fitness for a specific purpose

• compliance with third-party terms

The client agrees that all results must be validated independently before being relied upon.

7. Testing & Safety Requirement (Risk Reduction Clause)

Clients explicitly agree to:

• Conduct full testing of any AI agent, script, automation, or digital tool before using it in any operational, commercial, or public environment.

• Monitor the behavior of the tool at all times.

• Disable or remove any tool that behaves incorrectly.

Failures to test the product voids any claim of responsibility or liability against me.

8. Limitation of Liability

As a minor freelancer, my liability is strictly limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree that:

• I am not liable for any damages, including financial, operational, indirect, or consequential damages.

• I am not responsible for losses caused by how you choose to use the work.

• Your use of the work is entirely at your own risk.

9. Indemnification (Client Protection & Risk Reduction Clause)

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, disputes, or losses that result from:

• misuse of the delivered work

• failure to test or monitor the work

• reliance on automated tools without oversight

• providing sensitive, harmful, or unlawful materials

• violations of third-party rules, laws, or terms

10. Parent/Guardian Consent for Large Projects

Because I am under the age of 18:

• Large or complex paid projects may require written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

• This ensures contractual clarity and reduces legal risk for both parties.

11. Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins.

• Work already completed must be paid for, even if the project is later cancelled.

• Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started or been delivered.

Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

12. Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project.
Excessive or out-of-scope requests may require additional cost.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate work at any time.
However:

• Payment may still be required for work completed.

• Delivered work is non-refundable.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Freelancer’s residential jurisdiction unless otherwise stated.

15. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. The newest version applies to all future services.

We value our relationship with our users and strive to maintain transparency in all communications and transactions. Accordingly, we would like to clarify our policy regarding domain registrations and renewals.

Domain Renewal Responsibility

Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the domain holder to ensure that their domain registration is renewed in a timely manner. We are not liable for any costs or fees associated with domains that have expired. Once a domain's registration period has ended, we will not cover any subsequent renewal charges. Users are encouraged to monitor their domain expiration dates and renew accordingly to avoid any lapse in service.
